Policies


By booking an appointment at Emerald and Ivy Aesthetics you are agreeing to ALL of the following:

Cancellation Policy: We require at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. If this time frame is exceeded, we reserve the right to charge 40% of the service fee to the card on file. All appointments must have a card on file. Please use our booking system Square to cancel/ reschedule any appointment. We value and respect your time, and kindly ask you reciprocate.

No-Show Policy: Failing to show up to your scheduled appointment, or reaching out to cancel after your scheduled time, is considered a no-show. All no-show appointments will result in a 40% fee of the service booked, no exceptions. More than one no-show appointment may result in being unable to book future services.

Late Policy: We operate by appointments only, and run a tight schedule. Please arrive on time to your scheduled appointment. We have a 15 minute grace period, after this time your appointment will have to be rescheduled or shortened to accommodate time lost if possible, with full appointment balanced being charged. Reschedules due to lateness will be charged a 40% fee of the service booked. We are unable to push our schedule back, out of respect for the next clients appointment.

Refund/ Return Policy: We want you to love your service and products! If you are unsatisfied with a service or product purchased we are open to feedback, communication and making adjustments when possible. However, we are unable to provide refunds or returns for services and products. Thank you for understanding!
